Agile Methodology Overview
Agile methodology emphasizes iterative development, where requirements and solutions evolve through collaboration between cross-functional teams. The methodology supports flexibility and continuous improvement, making it ideal for dynamic environments like ours at MYHEAT.

Product Development Lifecycle
- Product Discovery - Identifying customer needs and generating product ideas.
- Requirements Gathering - Documenting the functional and non-functional requirements.
- Design & Build - Creating prototypes, designs, and developing the product.
- Operational Readiness - Preparing the product for market release.
- Launch and Support - Deploying the product and providing ongoing support.

The Scrum Framework
- Sprint Planning: Defining the sprint backlog and prioritizing tasks for the upcoming sprint.
- Daily Scrum Meetings: Short, focused meetings to discuss progress and obstacles.
- Sprint Execution (2-4 weeks): Teams work collaboratively to develop and test features.
- Sprint Review and Demo: Presenting a potentially shippable product increment.
- Retrospectives: Reflecting on the sprint to identify improvement opportunities.

Kanban Workflow
In addition to Scrum, we utilize Kanban to manage ongoing tasks, especially for operational and support activities. This approach ensures:
- Transparency: Visualizing all tasks in progress.
- Flexibility: Allowing for changes in priorities.
- Efficiency: Focusing on reducing bottlenecks in workflows.
